Even in cases where Link Asia International Travel has successfully processed, obtained, and issued an official Vietnam Visa / E-Visa for the client, final entry approval rests strictly under the sovereign authority of the Vietnam Immigration Department and Border Customs at the airport.

If the traveler is subsequently DENIED ENTRY, DETAINED, or DEPORTED at the immigration border control due to:

* Personal background check flags, criminal records, or undisclosed personal security issues.

* Blacklisting, administrative sanctions, or legal restrictions imposed by government authorities on the individual traveler.

* Any personal, political, or non-disclosed background reasons pertaining solely to the traveler or their relatives.
